At Meera Tour And Travels Jaipur, we believe in transparent billing and fair policies. Please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your ride.
1. Booking & Payment Terms
- Advance Token: To confirm your vehicle reservation, an advance token amount of ₹1000 is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining fare amount must be paid to the driver in cash or via online transfer upon completion of the trip (at the drop-off location).
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fair compensation for holding the vehicle, our cancellation rules are as follows:
- Cancellations made 4 hours (or more) before pickup time: If you inform us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, we will refund 50% of the advance token amount. The remaining 50% will be charged as a booking cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup time: If the booking is cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the advance token amount will be Non-Refundable (0% Refund).
- No-Show Policy: If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location without prior intimation, the entire advance amount will be forfeited.
3. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds (50% of the token) will be initiated within 24-48 hours of cancellation.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment mode (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
