1. General Information
- By booking a taxi with Meera Tour And Travels Jaipur, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- The booking is valid only for the specific route, date, and car category mentioned in the confirmation.
2. Charges & Payments
- Inclusions: The fare includes fuel, driver allowance, and car rental charges.
- Exclusions (Extra Charges): Toll tax, parking charges, state entry taxes, and monument entry fees are NOT included in the fare. These must be paid directly by the customer as per actuals during the trip.
- Night Charge: A driver night allowance will be applicable if the driver drives between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (unless already included in a specific package).
3. Vehicle & AC Usage
- The Air Conditioner (AC) will be switched OFF in hilly areas (like Mount Abu, Himachal, etc.) to prevent engine overheating.
- Passengers are requested to keep the vehicle clean. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
4. Mileage Calculation (Km)
- For outstation trips, the kilometer reading is calculated from Garage to Garage (Jaipur to Jaipur).
- A minimum of 250 km or 300 km per day (depending on the vehicle type) will be charged for outstation trips, even if the vehicle runs less than that.
5. Luggage & Capacity
- Please book a vehicle according to the number of passengers and luggage. Due to safety norms, we cannot allow more passengers than the seating capacity of the vehicle (e.g., 4 passengers in a Sedan).
- The carrier on top of the vehicle is available only on request and may be chargeable.
6. Delays & Breakdowns
- Meera Tour And Travels Jaipur is not responsible for delays caused by traffic jams, road diversions, or accidents.
- In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will strive to arrange an alternate vehicle as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any compensation beyond the refund of the advance amount if the trip cannot continue.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this booking are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
